PHANYC was proud to present its 2007 Haven Emerson Award of lifetime achievement to Wilfredo Lopez, JD, General Counsel Emeritus of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.  One of our highest honors reserved for those who have played a major role in contributing to the public health of the City of New York, Wilfredo Lopez was honored for his outstanding contributions to policies that protect the public health in New York City.
