<p>The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene invites you to come to any one of our five borough-wide listening sessions and share your ideas and strategies for implementing the City’s new health plan, Take Care New York, to improve the health ofyour community. The 10 priority areas for improving the health of all New Yorkers include:</p>
